Dan DeBruyn has served as senior pastor at Crossroads Community Church since April of 2001. Dan is passionate about seeing people come to know Jesus and experience life change through Him. Dan’s deepest desire is to help people know how much Jesus loves them, to come to understand the depth of God’s grace, and to equip the body of Christ to care for one another. Dan and his wife, Leanne, dated throughout high school in Albin, Wyoming and were married shortly after Leanne’s graduation. They have been blessed with a love for each other that grows deeper and stronger each day. Dan and Leanne are the proud parents of two daughters and five (so far) grandchildren. When they have free time, they can be found visiting and playing with their grandchildren or fishing [Leanne does out fish Dan though…]

Dan and Leanne share a love for serving the people at Crossroads, the community of Pine Bluffs—and the surrounding communities and feel extremely blessed that God has considered them worthy of this calling.

Vickie was hired as the Administrative Assistant in April 2018 and her joy comes from facilitating others as they serve in ministry. She also volunteers in Children’s Ministry and loves to provide opportunities for children to hear about the love of Jesus. Vickie married Kevin in 1981 and they have raised four children: Erin, Jared, Christine, and Devin. They now have 6 grandchildren and relish spending time with their kids and grandkids. They attended Crossroads from 1985-1992 and then felt called to help plant Cheyenne Hills Church. They returned to Crossroads in 2011. Vickie spends her “spare” time remodeling her home, helping her aging parents, embroidery/crochet projects and reading. She also has a bookkeeping business; The Bean Counter, LLC.

Brooke was hired in December 2018 to lead Children’s Ministry at Crossroads Church. She is originally from Rifle, Colorado. She grew up in the church and loves to share Jesus with children. She wants them to know that Jesus is their friend and is always with them. Brooke is married to Jeremy and has two boys, Bubba and Liam, whom she homeschools. A little know fact about Brooke is that she and her brother traveled to Nashville with their father to record two country gospel records and they had a traveling singing ministry. Her hobbies include playing games, going to movies, and family vacations.

CCC's youth group leader Dustin Lee was born in Morrill, Nebraska where he learned to enjoy camping, hiking, canoeing, sports, and anything requiring physical activity. He competed in track at Highland Community College before heading to Northwest Missouri State University to finish his degree in Spanish education. He started teaching in eastern Nebraska before deciding to come closer to his hometown to raise his family. He is married with three young boys and tries to instill the same small town values to his three children that he received as a young boy.

Dustin currently teaches Spanish at Pine Bluffs Junior / Senior High School where he is proud to be a Hornet! His passion is to work with teenagers in many facets. His favorite area is to help local teens grow in their relationship with God and truly grasp what it means to be a Christ-follower and to be a disciple for God's Kingdom. He feels very blessed to be part of CCC's team and looks forward to working with the local youth for years to come.
